I'm an Operations Support Systems (OSS) Engineer with experience building comprehensive monitoring solutions and ensuring system reliability. My work focuses on the intersection of infrastructure, observability, and quality assurance.
Currently at Softifybd Ltd., I configure and maintain Zabbix monitoring systems, build insightful Grafana dashboards, and manage Linux server environments. I've helped reduce noisy alerts through intelligent trigger tuning and improved incident diagnosis times with well-crafted visualizations.
When I'm not monitoring systems or hunting bugs, I'm exploring AI/LLM technologies, automation, and containerization with Docker.
